Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

UAE Delivery

We deliver across all Emirates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for UAE orders. COD orders must be confirmed by our team before dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@rimnash.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We are working to expand our delivery coverage soon.
