Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your piece, choose your size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for UAE orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us at support@rimnash.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UAE. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard UAE delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is also available.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged or incorrect. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Contact us at support@rimnash.com to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What materials are your prints made from?

Our canvas prints are produced on premium heavyweight gallery-grade canvas with fade-resistant inks. Our art prints use high-resolution printing on premium paper stock.

Do your prints come ready to hang?

Yes — all canvas prints come ready to hang with hardware included. Art prints are delivered flat and ready to frame.

Are sizes customizable?

We offer multiple standard sizes for each piece. If you have a specific size requirement, contact us at support@rimnash.com and we'll do our best to assist.
